Check out this message from CPAM’s Director, J. Todd Frazier, regarding the 6th installment of their Virtual Art Experiences and Strategic Information for Artists:
Thank you for your overwhelming support for last week’s installment of CPAM Applications Supporting Healthcare Employees and Patients. I have used the past five weekly reports to share listings of our programs and activities in response to Covid-19. I felt like this week it would be refreshing to just offer one thing we could all do to say thank you to the healthcare professionals and first responders that are in the front lines and who are supporting the front lines. Today I wanted to offer this opportunity for you and your family:
To show support for the healthcare professionals and first responders that are in the front lines and who are supporting the front lines from your family, neighborhood and our community, the Center for Performing Arts Medicine invites you to join a national campaign, #HeartsforHealthcareWorkers in displaying these hearts on your front door, window, mailbox or other visible place, to let them know how much we appreciate them.
Click here to print the heart shape: https://hrportal.ehr.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=7rk87A0xNJc%3d&portalid=78
Write the name(s) of a healthcare professional and/or first responder you know. Feel free to be creative with drawing, colors or design to make it more meaningful and personal. Then, cut out the heart and tape it to your front door, window, mailbox or other visible place, to share your gratitude.
Take a picture of your heart and share it with cpam2@houstonmethodist.org and we will share it with all our employees to show them how much our community appreciates them!
Tweet #HeartsforHealthcareWorkersSee the beautiful hearts that the children of Houston Methodist employees made for their parents and put on the window of the hospital’s child care facility!
